Owned for 7 years, the leather had detoriated and separated from the fabric liner but the metal was still in perfect shape. For $25 I bought new leather insert and installed in about 10 minutes. Well worth the value.
I’ve been packing this wallet around for the last 7 years. Perfect functionality for me, front pocket packing with the lanyard to extract it easily. I wore out the leather but for a modest price, they shipped me everything I needed for a 10 min refresh for basically a new wallet again. Only takes a few days to get it broken in and they just look better over time.
I've had this wallet for well over 7 years, and the leather pocket was the only thing that was wearing out. The replacement pocket was easy to install and looks fantastic. Here is to another 7+ years. Thanks Dango!
Took a while for actual wear to start showing… that’s what I love most about the leather, the metal body doesn’t change. These are great, I love them… new screws, new leather, new band & lanyard.. feels like a new wallet.

After years of use I had wore out the leather piece . I almost ordered a new bifold but found out I could get replacements parts . I was so used to the original slim wallet and completely satisfied with it just repaired it with new parts . Good as new and ready for another 5 years at least . Will buy same brand maybe different model in the future.
Terrible experience. Had to cancel the order. Ordered on the 6/12 and just received my refund back today 7/6. Will never order from your company again.
Replacement leather came in and fit my old wallet perfectly. My old one lasted me around 10 years and was still in decent condition despite the age, but the leather had worn on the bottom from the years of having the cards slide in and out. I decided that since it lasted this long, I would stick with the brand and purchase a new band, leather face, and replacement screws to spruce it up a bit. Solid product and I recommend it to everyone.
I have had my Dango for 5 years and love it. The leather started to tear and i contacted them to see if it could be repaired instead of buying a brand new one and Dango sent me a brand new leather piece and tool to install for just shipping. I couldn't be happier this is the type of company that America needs they stand behind their products and their customers for life.
Longtime fan of Dango products. I've already worn out 2 covers and a couple of the bands on my D wallet. The frame still looks like new, so I keep buying replacements.

I’ve had my D1 wallet for about 10 years. The front pocket started to get a little worn. So, I ordered a replacement. It delivered quick, was easy to install and my wallet is like new again. Awesome wallet, awesome company, awesome service.

Have had your wallet for 8 years now. The leather finally started to show signs of wear beyond patina. The process of replacement was great.

Have had my wallet since the initial kickstarter campaign. I’m guessing 7+ old and just now replaced the leather pocket. Replacement fit perfect, a little tight for my cards but it has stretched a little.
I have had my D series wallet for several years and carry it daily. This is the third rebuild on it. New leather part, band and fob and I’m good to go! The frame will last forever!
I got my Dango as a gift about 4yrs ago. It has been a great wallet. Over the time I put probably to many card in it to carry but it held up, until recently I pushed a card through the bottom. I saw I could replace and was excited to do so. The new pouch breathe new life into my wallet and I am glad to show it off again.
